Usel produkt

Jag köpte denna produkt efter noggrant letande efter en sovmask. Jag har väldigt litet huvud och upplevde att den spände otrolig hårt mot ansiktet. Jag vaknade med påsar både under över och på sidorna om ögonen. Har aldrig händ förut.
Jag har försökt reklamera den, men Lenoites anser inte att det är något fel på den.
Jag undrar bara hur den sitter på en person som har större huvud än jag?!
Dålig produkt och dålig kundservice.
Jag har försökt lösa det på ett positiv sätt, men måste tyvärr varna för både produkten och företaget.
